
These cookies are rich, buttery and incredibly soft on the inside. The combination of melted chocolate and colorful M&M's makes them both delicious and visually spectacular.
Melt the butter in a pot until it turns brown, then let it cool slightly.
Pour the butter into a bowl and mix with both sugars until combined.
Add the egg and mix until the mixture becomes slightly fluffy.
Add the dry ingredients and mix.
Continue mixing until a dough forms.
Chop the chocolate and add half of it to the dough.
Form balls and roll them in the remaining chocolate and M&M's.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 175°C for about 13 minutes.
Let the cookies cool before serving.
